ONLINE PRACTICES
vessels are online practices, an intimate space to move at your
own rhythm, or to be accompanied by Nagore over Merienda.
An invitation to sit—barefoot and bare-hearted—with your inner most self. An experiment based on a dialogue with experience- To explore through breath, gesture, and form in the making of the heart. To shape and be shaped.
A place of reunion rather of arrival. Meeting the comfort of the silence, observation, soft time, and the good-natured of clay. a sacred space to move trace inwards. And to follow the unseen with your hands. (We are not making anything, we are just making)
Here to ground,
open up and inspire
Each vessel is guided through:
1.Sankalpa – setting the tone & intention.
2.Homemaking (a Somatic Practice – meditation or movement drawn from yoga, tantra, and the breath-body connection.)
3.Ground– hands meet earth in intuitive experiment of making and reflection.
4.Harvest– a return for integration & love letters.
Included: slowness, tenderness, and depth—
From stillness, through movement, into stillness again.
Make it your pace of an immersion of a few hours or across 2–3 weeks, as a quiet site of ongoing practice.
OPTIONAL book a Merienda* to have Nagore as a companion.

What once felt like fear or judgment may soften into insight, or simply, dust.
