Aligning inner awareness and movement can facilitate the evolution of our consciousness and alleviate the body-mind at their root.
As we are more able to experience our consciousness inwards, we are better able to understand ourselves. As we increase our knowledge of ourselves, we increase in understanding and compassion for others.

Homemaking

ASANA

As a prayer to attend, feel and support the body.

MEDITATION

I love meditation because it engages me- to -me. To depths of me. To pureness. To that place of truth, the urge emerges. A place to listen closer. The urge that is spontaneous, rather than impulsive. To have a space for it. (Hold it on the observation) And let that force guide you.

Closer to the place where love comes from.

YIN YOGA

sometimes in life when things feel “too much” or when we are not ready to take in some feelings, food, relationships, people, places, etc - stay with us. making its way to seat in our fascia: a type of connective tissue that wraps EVERY!!!! body structure.
Yin Yoga it is a beautiful way to release what’s storage in the fascia.

Yin Yoga holds poses at the edge of a sensation.

The place where something unseen from your regular position shows up - a sweet spot to explore.

Once there, there is a surrender

— become the observer. The discomfort might just come from being out of practice and because we often are more in the move than still.

Think of it like healthy tension that keeps you awake, rather than weighing you down.

Meet stillness,

let gravity take you where it’s needed today.

Let your whole body be close to the earth. Feel support, safety, security, and a sense of belonging.

NIDRA

Reconnect with the natural and original intelligence of the body

From the inside out

SOMATICS

Awakening sensation . to listen deeper. The body as a guidance.

TANTRA

opens up a new light to the ‘current reality’ a new possibility - where ‘the opposite’ can also be true .

as a non dual approach, where one can not exist without the other (no light without darkness) supporting them in a blend rather than opposites.
